Above a certain amount, the manager approves; stalled for 2 hours, it escalates. Who approved, when and with what justification is recorded.
Routes from the day's orders
Select the orders and the route comes out optimized per vehicle, with time window and ETA per stop.
The driver with their own route
Low-cost read-only profile: the driver sees the stops, marks the delivery and records a failed one with reason and photo.
Exceptions visible immediately
A failed delivery goes back to the next day's replanning by itself, and the customer is notified.
Tracking with camera
The driver records the delivery with photo and video through the app: visual proof with time and location, attached to the order. A disputed delivery is settled in one click, not in an argument.
Production reporting
The operator reports start, end and quantity on the work order itself, from the workstation's phone or tablet. The actual cost of the part comes from the report, not from an estimate.
Machine and fleet maintenance
Preventive maintenance by hour meter or mileage, maintenance orders with parts and cost, and the downtime showing up in the schedule before it becomes a surprise.
